Gordon Yates: Islay - Queen of the Hebrides

A good turnout for another return visit by this popular speaker and a few new faces were welcomed. Gordon showed one of his many films, this time about the wildlife haven of Islay. His film included the rich flora of the island as well as its birdlife and even otters and a young fawn. Many things he has filmed have not been filmed before, such as Choughs nesting in buildings and Owls in gorse bushes. Gordon also had his framed prints and DVD’s on sale.
